Have you ever contributed in some personal development program?
Have you ever felt that you were keen about what you learned in those programs?
Only to discover a few weeks later that you had not put into practice anything you studied in your routine life?
Just to discover that your life had not changed for the improved?
You possibly have! This is self sabotage at task! These are your limiting beliefs which prevent you from achieving some better!
We all have Off-putting Viewpoints. Those are viewpoints similar to "I cannot do this", "I am just not good enough" or "Nobody loves me".
So what might you do?
So that to get any improvement in your life you will have to cope with your Limiting Beliefs. Otherwise they will get you stuck.
There are many ways that I have exploited myself to deal with Limiting Beliefs and Self Sabotage. All these methods work!
But they do not work equally well for each person. For instance: I individually am not quiet good at visualizations. Hence methods that use a lot of visualizations are complicated for me to use.
On the contrary, if you could visualize good, such ways might work wonders for you!
